Special instructions for Windows Media Player:
- Make sure Windows Media Player is running in its own window, and not in the IE Media bar. To force Windows Media Player to use a new window, right-click the link and select "Open in new window".
- Use Windows Media Player menu: Play -> Captions and Subtitles to enable captions. Close Windows Media Player and restart the video.
Additional instructions for Windows Media Player 10 in particular:
- On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Security tab.
- Select the Show local captions when present check box.
